Southwest CEO says drastic changes could lure flyers back
These potential changes suggest a big shift in the airline's brand.
Airways enjoy had it rough within the past 5 years. From Covid shutting down the sphere and shedding inch demand of dramatically to inflation that meant no person may come up with the money for to head on vacation, it’s been a time of major turbulence for the airline industry.
And, with the total tariff discuss, this uncertainty is rarely any longer going to cease anytime rapidly.
So it's definitely no longer monstrous that Southwest Airways has had some disappointing efficiency numbers. Within the first quarter of 2025, as an instance, Southwest reported a $149 million web loss.
