Dhaka: India has started fencing its border with Bangladesh within the Sukhdevpur space of Malda district, West Bengal. This has sparked tensions between India’s Border Security Drive (BSF) and the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB). The BSF started inserting within the fence on Monday, prompting objections from the BGB. On the different hand, the BSF brushed aside these concerns, stating that the fencing is being constructed within Indian territory.
