Directed by Swathi Prakash, the series is positioned as an edge-of-the-seat psychological thriller that navigates the darkest corners of the human mind. The story will blur the line between truth and obsession.

The platform describes Nayanam as a show that delves “deep into the human psyche,” offering a fresh storytelling treatment to the thriller genre.

Varun Sandesh’s OTT Debut: A Major Turning Point

The announcement also marks a major milestone for actor Varun Sandesh, who officially steps into the OTT world with this project. The six-episode series introduces him as Dr. Nayan, a character who breaks away from his familiar on-screen image.

Instead of his usual charming or romantic persona, Varun will be seen in a “darker, more psychologically complex space,”. This project will also test actor Varun’s versatility as an artist.

Sharing his excitement at the poster launch, Varun Sandesh said: “This is a completely new chapter for me. The character of Dr. Nayan challenged me in ways I’ve never experienced before, and the poster reflects just a glimpse of that intensity.
