TVK Vijay rally Stampede LIVE: A tragic incident has emerged from Tamil Nadu, here at least 36 people lost their lives, while 40 others were injured in a stampede at a rally presided by Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay in Karur on Saturday evening. The deceased include women and several children. The incident forced the actor-turned-politician abruptly end his public address as people started fainting during the massive rally.
