Verizon customer rages over magically 'disappeared' discount
The customer said Verizon quietly pulled the plug on a promised discount.
Verizon (VZ) had a no longer easy few months this year. Its decision to develop costs for older phone plans changed into once no longer received neatly by longtime customers, with a pair of of them breaking the contract.
In February, the carrier officially raised the monthly costs of its myPlan and New Verizon Map wi-fi accounts to address “rising operational charges,” frustrating hundreds of purchasers.
