Flagship-class specs at the core
Driving the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro phones is MediaTek’s new 3 nm flagship chipset, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The Dimensity 9500 is known for providing flagship-level performance, thanks to MediaTek’s new CPU and GPU as well as the 3 nm process it’s built on. Both the X300 and X300 Pro are equipped with Android 16 out-of-the-box, as well as Vivo’s custom OriginOS 6 software skin.
The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, with a 1.5K (1260×2800) resolution. It should provide crisp, smooth visuals for gaming, content viewing, and multitasking. The device has a huge 6,510 mAh battery to support it, which will purportedly support 90 W wired charging and 40 W wireless charging. Battery life is expected to be a major focus for the X300 series, with Vivo promising heavy users that the devices can last for at least two days.
Zeiss-tuned cameras with the X300 Pro
Vivo has long had a collaboration in place with Zeiss for camera tuning on its devices. The Vivo X300 Pro has a triple rear-camera configuration, which includes a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main camera (with an f/1.57 aperture), a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200 MP Samsung HPB APO telephoto camera. Up front, it has a 50 MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera.

The Vivo X300 Pro is certainly one to keep an eye on for performance enthusiasts. Packing a flagship-grade MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, large LTPO AMOLED display, massive battery, and premium Zeiss-backed camera hardware, the X300 Pro seems to be a device that has little to no shortcomings. It also has the Telephoto Extender Kit to make it even more of a photography powerhouse. All in all, the Vivo X300 Pro seems like one of the best devices you can currently get in its price range, especially if you want a feature-rich flagship.
