What Did Khesari Lal Yadav Say?
Earlier in the day, Khesari Lal stated that the India(BHARAT) Bloc, if it comes into power, will provide 50 lakh jobs to the youths of Bihar.
“If we don’t provide two crore jobs, we will at least provide 50 lakh jobs. At least our leaders are talking about providing employment. The NDA government doesn’t even make promises; it only talks about jungle raj,” Khesari Lal told news agency ANI.
It is to be noted that the Mahagathbandhan has promised that if it comes into power in Bihar, it will pass a law to form the government that will ensure to provide jobs to one member of each family. The alliance, led by RJD and Congress, promised to pass the law within 20 days.
What Did Samrat Choudhary Say To Khesari Lal Yadav?
The controversial remark by Tej Pratap Yadav came following Samrat Choudhary’s ‘nachaniya’ remark against Khesari Lal. The actor also criticised Deputy CM Choudhary by referring to him as his ‘elder brother.’
“For someone who hasn’t worked hard, no words hold any meaning, but for someone who works hard, every word has meaning. If someone calls me ‘nachaniya,’ it’s okay; he’s an elder brother. That particular person has never been my enemy…But insulting someone just to win an election isn’t right, and one should always control their words, because people in society respect you and listen to what you say, so efforts should be made to ensure that future generations don’t use such words,” Khesari said.
Notably, Khesari Lal is contesting the Bihar Assembly election for Mahagathbandhan. He has been fielded from Chapra constituency against the BJP’s Chhoti Kumari and Jan Suraaj’s Jai Prakash Singh.
