“It’s a myth that Israel has destroyed Hamas’s war-fighting capability. Yes, Hamas has suffered significant losses, but it is still alive”, confirming the same, Los Angeles-based Israeli-American expert Shael Ben-Efraim was quoted as saying by a Navbharat Times report.
