Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower vs Dubai’s Burj Khalifa?

When completed, the tower will rise 3,281 feet, 568 feet higher than the Burj Khalifa. It will include a luxury hotel, offices, apartments and condominiums. The observatory on the 157th floor will be the world’s tallest. The project, which began in 2013, was delayed due to COVID-19, but work is now back on track. The estimated cost is $1.2 billion. The tower will be equipped with an advanced elevator system with 59 elevators and 12 escalators, exemplifying speed and technological advancement.
