New Delhi: In a big relief for the Aam Aadmi Chief, former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been acquitted in the excise policy matter by a Delhi Court. The cases against the former Delhi CM were concerning to the non compliance of Enforcement Directorate’s summons in relation to the alleged liquor policy scam. Notably, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had moved court against the then Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan for not complying to the summons issued to him in the money laundering case.

Notably, the Delhi CM has skipped the ED summons issued for November 02 and December 21 of 2023, and January 03 and January 18 of 2024.
