Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death came as a shock to fans and his colleagues. The actor was found dead at his Mumbai home in June 2020. The Kedarnath actor’s then-girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty received a lot of criticism and was even called names during the investigation into the sudden demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. At the recently held India Today Conclave, Rhea Chakraborty revealed that her family stood by her side during the challenging time.
Rhea Chakraborty also shared a video of the interaction on Instagram. The actress was heard saying that her strength, and resilience come from her family. The actress said that it was her mom, dad, brother and some of her friends who stood by her are her pillars of sanity. She said, “But I think that’s all you need, three or four people who trust you and love you. They are pillars of sanity. And you’re good, you’re golden.”
Resharing Rhea Chakraborty’s video on her Instagram Stories, Samantha Ruth Prabhu wrote, “Hero @rhea_chakraborty,” along with three red heart emojis.
Reacting to the Yashoda actress’ kind words, Rhea Chakraborty also shared Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s post and said, “Right back at you,” and a red heart emoji.
Bhumi Pednekar also wrote a note for Rhea on Instagram Stories.
After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Rhea Chakraborty was charged under Section 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act by NBC for “financing and harbouring illegal drug trafficking”.
What’s Next For Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rhea Chakraborty?
While Samantha Ruth Prabhu is presently on a sabbatical, focusing on her health, she will next be seen alongside Varun Dhawan in the forthcoming spy series, Citadel. The show is a Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood show of the same name. The actress is expected to be seen doing some high-octane action sequences in her next.
On the other hand, Rhea Chakraborty is presently gracing MTV’s show Roadies: Karm Ya Kaand as one of the gang leaders.
