Direct Appeal To PM Modi And HM Shah

In her video, Haseen said that she has been struggling for a long time to get justice against the injustice being done to her and her family. She has not received justice so far. Therefore, through the video, she has made a direct appeal to PM Modi and Amit Shah to ensure that she also receives justice under the law, like other ordinary citizens. In her appeal, Haseen said that her father, Haji Mastan Mirza, is known not only in Mumbai but throughout the country.

Haseen’s Fight In Court

Haseen is claiming her right to her father’s name and property, and she is also fighting this battle in court. She said in the video that if the country’s laws are strong, then every person should receive equal justice. She has not achieved any concrete success in her legal battle, which has been going on for the past few years. Therefore, she has directly appealed to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister for help.

Demand For Strict Laws

Haseen said in her video that the country’s laws should be so strict that people take them seriously. She said that if the laws were strict, there would be no incidents of rape, no attempts at murder, and no one would be able to seize anyone’s property. Haseen has made serious allegations in this matter, in which she said that she has faced injustice, exploitation, and loss of property. In the video, Haseen clarified her identity by mentioning Haji Mastan’s name.

She says that she will fight for her rights till the very end. It is worth noting that Haji Mastan was one of the most influential underworld dons of Mumbai in the 1970s and 80s. Haji Mastan made a name for himself in both the criminal and political worlds. Today, his daughter’s video is being discussed from both political and social perspectives.
