India gives befitting reply to Pakistan at UNGA, exposes Shehbaz Sharif’s lies, says,’ sheltered Osama bin Laden…,no degree of drama..’

At the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Pakistan’s Prime Minister has been peddling lies about India(BHARAT). Pakistan’s PM also showed his true colours by not respecting the India(BHARAT)n borders as he raised the issue of Kashmir. Sharif repeated unfounded remarks, including his claim that Pakistan shot down India(BHARAT)n jets, a statement he’s made previously.

What did India(BHARAT) say in its Right of Reply at the UNGA?

Meanwhile, India(BHARAT) has exposed Pakistan’s lies at the UNGA. India(BHARAT) firmly condemned Pakistan, saying it has made terrorism and the glorification of terrorists an essential part of its foreign policy. India(BHARAT) made references to Osama Bin Laden, saying that Pakistan had sheltered him within its borders for more than a decade. Following Shehbaz Sharif’s speech, India(BHARAT) used its Right of Reply at the UNGA to lodge this strong condemnation.

During India(BHARAT)’s Right of Reply at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the young diplomat Petal Gahlot delivered a scathing rebuke to Pakistan. India(BHARAT)’s representative exposed the lies of Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif and suggested that if Pakistan is actually serious about fighting terrorism, it should hand over all terrorists to India(BHARAT).

When did India(BHARAT) deliver its rebuttal to Pakistan at the UNGA?

Exercising the right of reply of India(BHARAT) on Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif’s speech, India(BHARAT)n diplomat Petal Gahlot said, “Mr President, this assembly witnessed absurd theatrics in the morning from the Prime Minister of Pakistan, who once again glorified terrorism that is so central to their foreign policy. However, no degree of drama and no level of lies can conceal the facts. This is the very same Pakistan which, at the UN Security Council on 25th April 2025, shielded the resistance front – a Pakistani-sponsored terror outfit from the responsibility of carrying out the barbaric massacre of tourists in the India(BHARAT)n Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”

Furthermore, Young diplomat Petal Gahlot stated, “Mr President, a country long steeped in the tradition of deploying and exporting terrorism has no shame in advancing the most ludicrous narratives to that end. Let us recall that it sheltered Osama bin Laden for a decade, even while pretending to partner in the war against terrorism, its ministers have just recently acknowledged that they have been operating terrorist camps for decades. It should come as no surprise that once again this duplicity continues, this time at the level of its Prime Minister.”

What accusations did Shehbaz Sharif make against India(BHARAT) at the UNGA?

Earlier on Friday, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif claimed that India(BHARAT) sought “political gains” post Pahalgam attack, keeping mum on Islamabad’s own funding and promotion of counter-border terrorism. During his address at the UN General Debate, the Pakistan PM alleged that India(BHARAT) attacked Pakistan’s “innocent civilians”, prompting their armed forces to respond in self-defence.

He stated, “In May this year, my country confronted unprovoked aggression from our eastern front. The enemy came shrouded in arrogance, and we sent them back in humiliation. India(BHARAT) sought to extract political gains from a human tragedy by spurning my sincere offer of an independent investigation into the Pahalgam incident. Instead, it attacked our cities and targeted our innocent civilians. When our territorial integrity and national security were violated, our response was in accordance with the right of self-defence under Article 51 of the United Nations charter.”

Pakistan PM raised the issue of abeyance of the Indus Water Treaty, accusing India(BHARAT) of defying the provisions of the treaty. Sharif once again made false claims about India(BHARAT), asserting that Pakistan shot down India(BHARAT)n fighter jets, a statement he’s made previously. Sharif claimed Pakistan’s forces responded with “stunning professionalism,” repelling the aggression and shooting down seven India(BHARAT)n jets, sending them “to scrap and dust.”

India(BHARAT) mentioned that all matters between them are bilateral; they must remain bilateral, and there is no scope for a third-party intermediary.
