Jeffery Epstein files made PUBLIC: Trump accused of rape in latest documents, DOJ rubbishes claims as ‘sensationalist’
Trump has repeatedly said he did nothing wrong in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. Speaking publicly this week, he described renewed attention on the Epstein case as a political distraction by Democrats.
The US Justice Department has released a huge new set of records connected to Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier who died in jail. Nearly 30,000 extra pages have now been made public, making this the biggest release of Epstein-related documents so far. The Justice Department said some of these papers contain shocking claims about Doland Trump that were sent to the FBI just before the 2020 US presidential election. Officials made it clear that these claims were checked and found to be false. Even so, the documents were released to ensure transparency, while taking steps to protect the identities and privacy of Epstein’s victims.
The newly released files are available on the Justice Department’s official website. Among them is an FBI report dated October 27, 2020. The report mentions a tip from a former limousine driver, who claimed he once overheard a troubling phone call in 1995 that involved both Trump and Epstein.
The document claims that a woman who was present at the time later told the driver, “he raped me,” referring to Trump and Epstein, according to People. The driver said the woman also told him she had gone to the police about the incident. He further claimed that she was later found dead by suicide in January 2000.
Much of the information in the file has been blacked out, and authorities have not confirmed whether the allegations are true. Officials have said they made little or no assessment of the credibility of these claims.
DOJ rejects claims, calls them false
The US Justice Department has strongly pushed back against the claims mentioned in the newly released Epstein documents. In a statement posted on X on Tuesday, the department said some of the files include “untrue and sensational claims” about President Doland Trump that were sent to the FBI just before the 2020 election.
The DOJ said these allegations had no credible basis. It added that if there had been any truth to them, they would have already been used against Trump during the election. “To be clear, these claims are unfounded and false,” the department said.
The Department of Justice has officially released nearly 30,000 more pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump denies wrongdoing
Trump has repeatedly said he did nothing wrong in connection with Jeffrey Epstein. Speaking publicly this week, he described renewed attention on the Epstein case as a political distraction by Democrats. He also said he had cut off all ties with Epstein long before Epstein was arrested in 2019.
The latest document release includes many types of records, not just the unverified allegation. Some internal emails show that Trump was listed as having travelled on Epstein’s private jet in the 1990s more often than previously reported—at least eight times between 1993 and 1996.
Trump’s social and professional links with Epstein during the 1990s have been known for years. However, officials have stressed that being named in flight records or social documents does not, by itself, mean any illegal activity took place.
