Famous actor Kushal Tandon, known for his role in Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka, recently encountered a case of fraud after collaborating with a brand and shared the main points on his Instagram post. Taking to the social media platform, the actor posted a picture of the energy drink brand’s owner and tagged him directly.
What Happened?
In his most contemporary post, Kushal Tandon accused the energy drink brand owner of committing fraud amounting to nearly Rs 1.5 crore and revealed that he used to be still owed Rs 10 lakh for a promotional reel. In his message, the actor warned other social media influencers, artists, and actors to be cautious before collaborating with this particular brand. He also tagged the logo manager he had been in contact with for work-related matters.
Frustrated, the Bigg Boss 7 big name shared how he had to over and over follow up with the logo to receive his payments, pointing to issues like bounced checks and unfulfilled promises because the reason at the back of delays.
The actor wrote, “After commitments were made and deliverables met, the payments issued within the sort of cheques have over and over bounced, showing a blatant lack of accountability.”
He further added, “Broken Promises: For over two months, now we have been given false assurances, endless excuses, and empty promises about when payments will likely be made. That may to not any extent further best disrespectful but as well unprofessional, and it’s clear now that the intent to pay has never been genuine.”
Kushal also stated that he has substantial evidence against the logo regarding the fraud. He urged other artists, influencers, and celebrities to share the post to help raise awareness.
