She became once a highly successful actress but determined to place a full stop to her acting career and settled in the US along with her NRI husband. Mayoori won hearts along with her appearances in films like Badal, Hogi Pyar Ki Jeet, Betaabi, and others. Interestingly, her last film to hit theaters became Vamsi, released in 2000, making it 24 years since her last movie. Mayoori’s interest in acting became sparked by her mother, who became also an actor.

Except for films, Mayoori also featured in different TV series, including Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat, Karishma – The Miracles of Destiny, Kkusum, Kittie Celebration, and others.

Mayoori completed her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and worked in The U.S. between 2004 and 2012.

She returned to India in 2013 and took on the role of Managing Director at a company in most cases is called Performix. She then joined Google India, where she became the Industry Head in 2019. Since then, she has been serving as the Head of Industry-Agency Partnership at Google India.
