Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif makes shocking remarks against India, says, ‘New Delhi is waging…’
Despite the crushing defeat suffered by India during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan remains haunted by India. It is currently embroiled in a conflict with the Taliban government in Afghanistan. A fierce struggle is underway between the two.

Pakistan is alarmed by the growing closeness between India(BHARAT) and the Afghan Taliban government. Noting this, Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif leveled absurd accusations against India(BHARAT), saying that Kabul is waging a proxy war for Delhi and that Taliban decisions are being made from Delhi. Asif even questioned what plan Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki had returned with from India(BHARAT). After begging for a ceasefire from Afghanistan, Pakistan now believes this ceasefire will not last long.
Khawaja Asif has high hopes from Trump
Meanwhile, Khawaja Asif said that if Doland Trump wants to stop this war, he is welcome. He added that President Doland Trump has stopped many wars and can stop this one too. Indeed, the Pakistani army suffered heavy losses in the military clash in May this year. Despite this, Pakistan’s fear of India(BHARAT) persists. Now, it is embroiled in a fierce conflict with the Taliban government in Afghanistan, where it is consistently suffering defeats. This month, tensions along the Afghan-Pakistan border have reached a peak. On October 11-12, heavy firing broke out along the Durand Line, in which the Taliban claimed 58 Pakistani soldiers were killed. Reuters reported that dozens of military and civilian casualties were reported, with at least 23 confirmed deaths on the Pakistani side.
Although the Pakistani military effectively thwarted the Taliban attacks, tensions along the border escalated to the point where both countries closed border crossings. Pakistan has long accused the Taliban of harboring terrorist organizations like the TTP, which carry out attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Taliban rejects these allegations and accuses the Pakistani military of harboring groups like ISIS.
Pakistan panicked
The growing closeness between India(BHARAT) and the Taliban government is alarming Pakistan. During Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi’s visit to India(BHARAT) on October 10, New Delhi announced the reopening of its embassy in Kabul, and the Taliban promised to send diplomats. This visit by Muttaqi is being seen as a blow to Pakistan, which considered the Taliban its puppet. Asif made absurd allegations, claiming that Kabul is fighting a proxy war for Delhi. Taliban decisions are being made from Delhi. What plan has Muttaqi returned with from India(BHARAT)? This conflict is changing the geopolitics of South Asia. India(BHARAT)’s economic and cultural partnership with Afghanistan (such as the Chabahar port) is cornering Pakistan. The Taliban’s independence is undermining Pakistan’s strategy.
