Parul Gulati pours her heart out with an emotional message about her debut film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 with Kapil Sharma, calls it ‘15-year-long wait’
Parul Gulati opens up with an emotional message as she reflects on her debut in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 alongside Kapil Sharma. Her heartfelt note is winning over fans.
Parul Gulati, known today as both an actress and the founder of the popular hair extensions brand Nish Hair, is experiencing one of the most emotional moments of her career. After years of struggle, multiple rejections, and an unpredictable journey, her first Hindi theatrical film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 finally hit theatres on December 12. For Parul, this release marks not just a milestone but the fulfilment of a dream she held on to for 15 long years.
A long journey filled with challenges
In a heartfelt video shared on her Instagram, Parul opened up about how deeply she values acting and how hard the road has been. She began her career in television, later stepping into Punjabi cinema, but things didn’t unfold the way she had hoped. With acting opportunities slowing down, she eventually created her own brand, Nish Hair, which went on to become a strong entrepreneurial success.
Despite that success, Parul always knew where her heart belonged. In her emotional video, she said, “After 15 years, my first movie is releasing… Acting is my first love. Acting is something I am married to, business is a child. If I did not have my acting career, I don’t think mein business kar pati. Both go hand-in-hand…”
Overcoming rejections and trusting destiny
Parul also expressed how years of rejections often made her question herself. She wrote in her caption, “15 years of long wait…. Is it too long… is it too little I don’t know but whenever I would get rejected for projects I would always think something might be wrong in me and mumma would remind me – no nishu there is something better written for you and today I have faith in the almighty & in my kismat.”
