Taapsee Pannu dissociates herself from Ratna Pathak, Fatima Sana Shaikh's 'Dhak Dhak'? Here's the reported reason

Aside from being a celebrated actor, Taapsee Pannu is also the proud owner of her production banner, Outsiders Films. The production house is set to release its latest outing, Dhak Dhak. The drama will be produced in association with Viacom18 Studios. As the movie is slated to reach the cinema halls on October 13th, the promotional drive is expected to be underway in full swing.

Producer Taapsee Pannu has been one of the film’s biggest cheerleaders, however, she recently did something that caught everyone’s attention.

Taapsee Pannu recently deleted all the posts associated with Dhak Dhak from her social media handles. If a Pinkvilla report is to be believed, the Thappad star is not thrilled about the promotional plan of the drama. The reports suggest that she is unhappy about the way the movie is being promoted. She is reportedly bothered that Dhak Dhak is not being pushed in the way it should have been. It must be noted that the release of the film is near and neither the trailer nor the teaser have been unveiled till now. The real reason behind Taapsee Pannu’s decision is best known to her.

Dhak Dhak enjoys an exciting cast with Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanjana Sanghi in key roles. The project will share the tale of four women who decide to go on a bike trip from Delhi to Khardung La. Helmed by Tarun Dudeja, the filmmaker has penned the script of the drama, along with Parijat Joshi. 

Now, shifting our focus to the technical crew, while Sreechith Vijayan Damodar is on-board the team as the director of photography, Manish Sharma has looked after the editing department.

Up next, Taapsee Pannu has been roped in for Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki.

Additionally, the diva will also be a part of Aanand L. Rai ’s directorial Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba opposite Harsvardhan Rane and Vikrant Massey.

Furthermore, her lineup also includes Siddharth Roy Kapur’s Woh Ladki Hai Kahan co-starring Pratik Gandhi and Akshay Kumar, and Mudassar Aziz’s Khel Khel Mein.
