However, as the days have passed, the film’s earnings have seen a significant decline. All previous films in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe have been hits and superhits. However, considering Thamma’s fourth-day earnings, it seems unlikely to be included in the hit list.

On the first day, the film collected ₹24 crore, on the second day it earned ₹18.6 crore, and on the third day it earned ₹13 crore. With this, the film’s total collection has now reached ₹65.15 crore. The makers of Thamma have spent ₹145 crore to make it. Therefore, the film will need to accelerate its earnings to recover its budget. If this doesn’t happen, it will fall short of its budget. This will be the first film in the horror-comedy universe to fail to recover its budget.
