Patel will appear before the Senate and House Judiciary Committees on Tuesday and Wednesday (September 16 and 17). Kash Patel’s blunder on social media

Later he had to admit his mistake and put up another post saying that the suspect has been released. Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin called it amateur hour and questioned Patel’s professional ability.

Anger and lawsuits inside the FBI

According to agency sources, Patel on Thursday, September 11, expressed anger at FBI employees that he was not even shown the picture of the suspect on time. Patel got caught in another crisis on the same day. In August, three senior FBI officials were sacked, and they have filed a lawsuit, alleging that this was part of the Trump administration’s retaliatory campaign. Brian Driscoll, who is involved in the lawsuit, claims that the reason for his removal was that he refused to sack a pilot with a false identity associated with the raid on Mar-a-Lago, a resort in Palm Beach, Florida, owned by Doland Trump.
