New Delhi: In a significant political development amid the ongoing elections in Bihar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has made serious allegations of vote theft in Haryana elections. The allegation made by the Congress leader consisted of large-scale voter fraud in Haryana which took a dramatic twist when a photo of a Brazilian woman surfaced at the centre of the controversy. During a press conference titled “H Files” conducted on Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi claimed that the same woman’s image had been used 22 times in the state’s voter list under different names such as Saraswati, Sweety, and Seema, calling it “proof” of a “centralized operation” to rig the 2024 Haryana assembly election. The press conference has created a buzz around the claimed ‘Brazilian woman’.

The Congress leader said the image appeared repeatedly in the voter lists of the Rai assembly constituency and alleged that it had been uploaded from a central server.
