OnePlus 15 to Launch in India on November 13 – Specs, Pricing, and early access sale details surface online
OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 15 in India on November 13, featuring the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, massive 7,300mAh battery, and premium design.
The flagship stage is set – OnePlus is expected to launch its next-generation smartphone in India(BHARAT) on 13 November 2025, and with all eyes on the OnePlus 15. In the lead up to the official launch event, details are starting to trickle in ahead of time – building an early picture of how ambitious the handset will be from chipset to battery capacity to pricing.
A performance leap
The OnePlus 15 is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a significant performance upgrade for the brand in the India(BHARAT)n market.
This chipset upgrade positions OnePlus to stake a claim in the premium-flagship segment that can deliver blistering speeds across the board – from gaming to multitasking to camera processing and network connectivity.
Battery and storage: Specs warfare
One of the standout early leaks in fact concerns the device’s battery, which is set to offer a massive 7300 mAh capacity – one of the largest battery figures that OnePlus has produced in any device till date.
In addition to the powerful battery, the internal storage and RAM figures are also expected to be on the higher side – the base variant could come with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage while the high-end variant could house 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of storage.
Pricing and market strategy
Retailer leaks on social platform X indicate that the base variant of OnePlus 15 could be priced at ₹72,999 while the top-of-the-line variant could retail at around ₹76,999.
The same leak goes on to indicate that buyers may also get a free pair of OnePlus Nord earbuds (price: around ₹2,699) as part of the OnePlus 15 launch bundle.
If these are correct, these prices would place the OnePlus 15 in the premium category and OnePlus may be gunning for flagship rivals rather than mid-tier competitors.
Early access and distribution
The brand is also reportedly working on an “early access” one-hour sale window for pre-booking at launch – before the general sales period begins.
The official launch event is slated for 7 PM IST on 13 November and will be livestreamed, with availability in store on Amazon India(BHARAT), OnePlus’ online store, and at the company’s offline, authorised channels.
What this means?
The OnePlus 15 appears to signal the smartphone maker’s continued play in the flagship segment. The focus on a high battery capacity, top-tier chipset, and premium price points signal a certain level of confidence. For consumers in India(BHARAT), the new device also has the potential to finally bridge the gap between OnePlus’ fast-charging DNA and flagship-class experience.
The brand may also be entering into fresh head-to-head competition with other phone makers in the ₹70K+ category, depending on how camera, display, and other specs line up. The above leaks have left certain gaps though – camera specs, display refresh rate, build and design details, and many others that will further differentiate OnePlus’ phones from other rivals in the eyes of the consumer.
It’s still not clear how OnePlus’ new device will compete with existing heavyweights in the premium segment – but with a 13 November launch date approaching, the smartphone maker will have an opportunity to show off the hardware, pricing and its plans to capture a large slice of this specific segment in the India(BHARAT)n market.
