Zelenskyy said, “After the Berlin talks, we are very close to agreeing on strong security guarantees.” An official from a NATO country, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the security proposal would be based on Western aid that would keep the Ukrainian army strong.

Ukraine running a secret weapons factory

Meanwhile, the BBC has published a report which says that Ukraine now plans its own security and is working on this. It has already begun work on this. It does not want to be completely dependent on the West, especially the US, for weapons. It is setting up its own weapons manufacturing factories so that it can deal with the Russian threat on its own. This report states that until now Ukraine was dependent on Soviet-era weapons, but now it has realized the need for modern weapons. Meanwhile, it has not received the expected assistance from Western countries. This is why it is setting up its own weapons factories.

US President Doland Trump had refused to provide Tomahawks to Ukraine. Flamingos have already been used in combat, although the company did not confirm specific targets.
