Instead, they will have a civil marriage, also known as a court marriage. Amid the buzz, Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding invite was floated online, which was an audio invite. The card started doing rounds on the internet, and in the audio, the couple can be heard saying that after years of dating, they have finally taken the big step.

In the leaked invitation, the couple reportedly confirmed their upcoming wedding, stating they are ready to embrace ‘the moment’ that will make them ‘officially husband and wife.’ The digital invite is creatively designed to resemble a magazine cover, complete with a headline. Meanwhile, ahead of the wedding, both families—the Sinhas and Iqbals—were spotted together. It was also reported that Sonakshi and Zaheer had their Mehendi ceremony on June 21, 2024.
